Accountabilities:
- Conduct qualitative and mixed-methods data analysis to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and assess outcomes across grant-funded initiatives
- Develop and maintain coding frameworks, analytical models, and structured methodologies using tools such as MAXQDA and Excel
- Perform data synthesis and translate complex findings into actionable insights, reports, dashboards, and presentations for federal stakeholders
- Support program evaluation planning, including defining performance measures, evaluation frameworks, and research design approaches
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare briefing materials, and support data-driven discussions with federal partners and recipients
- Ensure consistency and rigor in qualitative analysis processes through standardized protocols and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evaluation outputs with CDC priorities and strategic objectives
- Conduct targeted research to support evidence-based recommendations and improve program effectiveness
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in qualitative and/or mixed-methods data analysis and program evaluation
- Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, coding methodologies, and performance measurement approaches
- Experience supporting federal or public health programs is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with tools such as MAXQDA, Excel, and other data analysis or reporting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation development
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience facilitating meetings and collaborating with diverse stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain required U.S. government clearance; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency may be required
