Environmental Justice Staff Attorney
Role responsibilities
As a Staff Attorney, you will engage in legal, policy, and administrative advocacy, as well as coalition-building and communications/media tasks. You will maintain an individual caseload and work closely with clients and communities to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
Candidates must embrace NMELC’s mission and have a demonstrated commitment to environmental justice and community lawyering. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of litigation experience in relevant fields is required, along with strong research and communication skills.
