Not slide decks for the board. Not month-end close. Real models/analysis and reviews that help leadership decide where money goes, what costs too much, and what to fix first. We use Claude and AI heavily in how we work: you are expected to build automations, not just run spreadsheets by hand. This is a new hire to build analytical capacity, not a generic operations manager role.ResponsibilitiesRun structured cost analysis across vendors, SaaS, banking fees, and payment railsTrack inefficiencies and savings opportunities; maintain a register with owners and statusAnalyse banking and payment economics: fees, FX costs, rail comparisonsSupport procurement and vendor ROI discussions with numbers, not opinionsPartner with payments and treasury teams on cost data and operational contextBuild and maintain cash flow planning views (13-week rolling cash, inflows/outflows, key sensitivities)Present findings clearly...
