Join our internal IT team and help us turn data into meaningful business insights. We are looking for a Power BI Developer who is passionate about data, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to contribute to building impactful reporting solutions across the organization. The primary purpose of this role is to design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions that support strategic decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and enable data-driven business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Confident and proactive attitude with the ability to independently advise non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity. 
  • Advanced prioritization and workload management skills. 
  • Solid experience with BI Technologies, particularly Microsoft Power BI. 
  • Strong capability in data modeling, data shaping, and designing data structures. 
  • Proficiency in SQL for advanced database queries and data extraction. 
  • Proficiency with DAX and M (Power Query) for advanced calculations and business logic. 
  • Expertise in advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data connections. 
  • Familiarity with Snowflake Data Cloud, Data Flow, Power Apps, and Agile (Scrum). 
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead developer for assigned projects, translating advanced requirements into technical deliverables. 
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of dashboards and datasets. 
  • Optimize data models and queries for large datasets to ensure performance and scalability. 
  • Maintain, monitor, and enhance BI solutions, including documentation and troubleshooting. 
  • Lead regular and ad-hoc data analyses and validate findings for business users. 
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and best-practice standards for insurance data

Salary starts at 2625 EUR and may vary based on your seniority level, skills, and experience.
