Accountabilities:
- Designing and developing production-ready workflow applications that combine AI, business rules, enterprise integrations, and user experiences.
- Translating customer requirements into scalable technical solutions that address complex business processes and operational challenges.
- Building intelligent automations for approvals, routing, service-level agreements (SLAs), exception handling, and process management.
- Connecting enterprise systems through integrations, native connectors, and data transformations to create seamless workflows.
- Creating AI-powered experiences that analyze requests, automate decisions, and improve business processes.
- Troubleshooting workflow logic, integrations, synchronization issues, and performance challenges.
- Collaborating with customers and internal teams to refine solutions throughout implementation and deployment.
- Developing reusable workflow components, implementation frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.
- Demonstrating completed solutions, incorporating customer feedback, and contributing to platform improvements.
- 5+ years of experience designing or implementing technical solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable workflows.
- Experience with SaaS implementations, workflow automation, integrations, low-code platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Familiarity with JSON, data transformations, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and business domains.
- Experience translating technical documentation and customer needs into functional solutions.
- Comfortable working directly with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Experience with AI-powered products, enterprise automation, or intelligent workflow solutions is a plus.
- Software development experience in any programming language is beneficial.
