Base pay range $136,000.00/yr - $197,000.00/yr As part of the People Risk, Privacy & Compliance team, this People Compliance Program Manager will partner at all levels of the company to ensure the successful execution of our people compliance programs, with a particular focus on immigration compliance and broader people risk and compliance matters. The People Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for driving strategy and execution for complex compliance projects, acting as a senior individual contributor on critical matters. This role requires a candidate who can work with complex data sets to drive insights, and who can collaborate across teams to resolve project blockers and influence organizational strategy.This role plays a pivotal and strategic role in ensuring Meta's people compliance programs operate effectively. The role’s primary focus will be optimizing immigration processes, across insourced and outsourced operations, and ensuring compliance with existing and new regulatory requirements.People Compliance Program Manager Responsibilities:Serve as an IC subject matter expert on the people compliance program, with an emphasis on immigration workstreamsProvide in-depth counsel with analysis of people compliance processes, identification of process and policy gaps, drafting of policy and process revisions and assist with the implementation of new or revised programsProvide consultations on the most complex and high-level matters to develop strategies to mitigate risk and provide timely solutions.
