We are now hiring a Project Manager to join our IT Services team and lead the successful delivery of consultancy projects across a range of technologies, including infrastructure, cloud, mobile device management and security.
You will work closely with Technical Consultants, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects and programmes of work from initiation through to completion. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you will be responsible for planning, governance, reporting, risk management and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

What will you be doing?
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of consultancy projects and programmes of work.
- Create and maintain Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), project plans and supporting project documentation.
- Deliver regular project reporting and maintain oversight of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID).
- Coordinate technical consultancy resources to support successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, manage change requests and provide customers with cost and timeline updates.
- Lead customer project meetings, both remotely and on-site where required.
- Establish governance structures, communication plans and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Manage project and programme dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers and vendor activity where required.
- Maintain financial oversight of projects, including budget management and cost control.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed methodologies, standards and governance processes.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, driving resolution and communicating impacts effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project desirable.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- PRINCE2 qualification or other recognised project management certification.
- Good working knowledge of PRINCE2 methodologies and project management processes.
- Experience managing IT projects or technology-focused workstreams desirable.
- Experience working within an IT Services or Managed Services environment desirable.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 projects and programmes beneficial.
- Previous experience working with public sector customers desirable.
