Accountabilities:
- Provide customer support and follow up on requests through operational service channels.
- Monitor pending and completed reservations using internal management platforms.
- Track service queues and ensure customer demands are handled within expected timelines.
- Locate and validate reservation records and operational information.
- Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and support corrections when necessary.
- Investigate suspicious cases and assist in resolving operational inconsistencies.
- Identify and correct issues related to airline ticket and vehicle rental bookings.
- Maintain and update operational reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Process cancellations, refunds, changes, and rebooking requests.
- Support seat selection and baggage issuance in cases where direct airline management is unavailable.
- Correct passenger information and reservation details when required.
- Split reservations according to customer requests and operational needs.
- Research cases, negotiate solutions with customers, and document agreements.
- Process additional services, ticket reissues, and vehicle rental updates.
- High school diploma completed.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or tourism sector.
- Knowledge of reservation management platforms such as RD Station, Power BI, and customer service queue systems.
- Experience with airline ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, and refund processes.
- Familiarity with car rental reservation processes and operational adjustments.
- Basic financial analysis skills for invoice verification and transaction review.
- Experience identifying operational errors, fraud cases, and inconsistencies in travel bookings.
- Ability to work with reports and analytical tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of negotiation processes, case investigation, and formal agreement documentation.
