Our technologies are trusted and deployed across defense, security, civil, and industrial sectors worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products by developing and executing testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Main Responsibilities:Review and improve software quality assurance processes and testing methodologiesPerform functional, regression, integration, and release testing of software productsCreate, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenariosAnalyze software requirements and identify test coverage needsValidate new features, bug fixes, and software releasesTrack, document, and report defects using Azure DevOpsWork closely with software developers, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure product qualitySupport continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practicesPrepare and maintain testing documentation and quality reports. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in software testing or software quality assuranceUnderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologiesExperience with test management and defect tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOpsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamGood command of EnglishConsidered an Advantage:Experience with automated testing tools and frameworksKnowledge of embedded software or hardware-integrated systemsExperience in aerospace, UAV, defense, or industrial technology sectorsExperience working in Agile development environments. We Offer:A culture that values expertise, innovation, and continuous improvementOpportunity to work with industry-leading UAV and defense technologiesProfessional development and training opportunitiesModern work environment and advanced engineering equipmentCompetitive salary from EUR 2,250 to EUR 3,550 gross per month depending on experience and qualificationsHealth insurance and accident insuranceAccident insurance for childrenAnnual performance-based bonus programAnnual salary reviewFinancial support in special life situations.  Join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies. Please submit your CV in English by clicking "Apply" or send it directly to hr.lv@redwire.eu We appreciate every application; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.The information submitted by candidates will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Redwire's recruitment procedures and will be used solely for recruitment purposes.
