Accountabilities:
- Develop positioning, messaging, and narratives for product releases and strategic launches
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape how features are communicated across all surfaces
- Create and coordinate launch assets including changelogs, demos, emails, social content, and enablement materials
- Equip Sales, Customer Experience, and support teams with the tools and context needed for effective customer communication
- Translate complex technical product functionality into clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging
- Incorporate customer insights and market understanding into product storytelling and launch strategy
- Maintain consistency of messaging across in-product experiences and external marketing channels
- Support ongoing improvement of go-to-market processes and product communication workflows
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment with ability to simplify complex ideas
- Strong experience in product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Ability to build messaging grounded in customer needs, product truth, and competitive differentiation
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical and product intuition, with willingness to go deep into technical details
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in SaaS or developer-focused products is a strong advantage
