Accountabilities:

    You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end tax operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This includes managing filings, supporting audits, and guiding tax planning initiatives while working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of corporate, VAT, indirect, and other applicable tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
    • Manage tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, and quarterly and annual reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards
    • Coordinate tax audits, regulatory inquiries, and interactions with tax authorities alongside external tax advisors
    • Maintain and enhance transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure global compliance
    • Identify tax risks across operations and implement strategies to mitigate exposure while optimizing tax efficiency
    • Monitor evolving tax laws and regulations globally and advise leadership on implications and required actions
    • Support cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion initiatives from a tax perspective
    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to embed tax considerations into business decisions
    • Oversee external consultants and ensure quality and consistency of outsourced tax work
    • Promote tax compliance awareness across the organization through guidance and internal education
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong technical tax expertise combined with hands-on experience in multi-jurisdictional environments. You are comfortable operating in complex regulatory landscapes and translating technical tax concepts into clear business guidance.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced qualification preferred
      • 5+ years of tax experience, including exposure to international tax and multi-jurisdictional compliance
      • Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, and indirect tax frameworks across different regions
      • Experience with transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements
      • Solid understanding of U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws and treaties
      • Ability to build and implement tax strategies aligned with business growth and operational goals
      • Proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite and Power BI or similar platforms
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-specialists
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
