About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Recruiter to join our global Recruitment team in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to build exceptional teams, this role is for you.

As a Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to attract and hire top talent across multiple business functions. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping scale our global organization.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interview teams throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage recruitment processes across Portugal while collaborating with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Use recruitment KPIs and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring performance.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with local labor regulations and company hiring standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

 

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in end-to-end, in-house recruitment
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Tech, GTM and business roles
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Native or fluent Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
