You'll partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our programs remain compliant with local regulations while staying fiercely competitive in a fast-moving talent market. Day-to-day, you'll manage vendor relationships, lead open enrollment cycles, drive global benefits benchmarking, and advise leadership on benefits strategy as we enter new markets. You'll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor — comfortable moving from executive-level presentations to plan document reviews in the same afternoon.
