Accountabilities:

    As an IT Internal Audit Analyst, you will support technology risk assessments, audit activities, and advisory initiatives by evaluating systems, processes, and controls. You will contribute to improving governance practices while helping teams proactively manage technology-related risks.

    • Execute risk-based IT audit activities across enterprise applications, technology platforms, and operational processes.
    • Assess emerging technology risks related to cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, and connected technologies.
    • Support the preparation of audit findings, recommendations, and reports for leadership stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with global teams and business partners to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Participate in advisory engagements focused on technology transformation, new solutions, and operational initiatives.
    • Apply internal audit methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, governance, and compliance processes.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Maintain and expand technical knowledge through continuous learning and professional development programs.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a technology-focused professional with strong analytical abilities, curiosity for emerging technologies, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Understanding of information security principles, technology controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
      • Knowledge of IT audit concepts, governance practices, and internal control assessments.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across different time zones.
      • Interest in technologies such as cloud platforms, AI, robotic process automation, and cybersecurity.
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Must have no active academic backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
      • Must be legally eligible to work in India through citizenship or valid work authorization.
