In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Execute lifecycle services including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Comprehensive AMCs, and structured service packages (ST100, ST200, ST300), along with chargeable and ad-hoc services.
  • Manage and support the DeltaV installed base across the Central Region, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
  • Deliver maintenance contract services, with significant on-site engagement (approximately 180–190 days annually, including travel).
  • Provide technical support for DeltaV systems including Batch, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, VIM, third-party integrations, and system maintenance activities.
  • Support lifecycle services sales initiatives, including AMC renewals, spares management, add-on projects, system expansions, upgrades, and software opportunities.
  • Drive customer engagement to identify new service opportunities and contribute to additional revenue generation within the region.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and ensure effective execution of service contracts within assigned territory.
  • Achieve service collection targets and support financial performance metrics.
  • Deliver all services in alignment with Standard Methods of Operation (SMO) and organizational quality standards.

  • Foundational knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field service environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in industrial automation systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites within the region.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in Pharma, Chemical, or Refinery industries.
  • Knowledge of DeltaV systems including Batch, SIS, and industrial communication protocols such as Profibus and Foundation Fieldbus.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking, cybersecurity concepts, and Asset Management Systems (AMS).
  • Experience handling Charms I/O, third-party integrations, and system diagnostics.
  • Exposure to lifecycle services, customer support, or field service roles in automation environments.
  • Understanding of service contract execution, renewals, and customer lifecycle management.
