Mission:
To ensure high quality, reliable software deliveries by collaborating closely with Agile teams, executing effective testing strategies (manual and automation), maintaining clear reporting and documentation, and continuously improving processes to meet business, customer, and regulatory expectations.
ACTIVITIES
- Work closely with the Product Owner and the Development team as part of the Scrum team.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting relevant non-regression testing.
- Participate in the creation of comprehensive documentation for both internal and external stakeholders on the project need basis.
- Test code deliveries manually or using automatic tools following the qualification process.
- Developing the functional test cases, test data, execution, analysis and generate the report.
- 6 Work in an agile mode, engaging in daily meetings with the development team, assisting in task estimation and prioritization, and actively participating in quarterly planning sessions (Program Increment).
- Expertise in code development (delivery, optimization).
- Tools: Any Automation tools
- Knowledgeable and experienced in working within a DevOps environment.
- Professional knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Technical Skills: Groovy, Java, Python, etc
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Experience with smart card technology, including EMV chip card standards and protocols is a plus
