Business Analyst, Fund Administration

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Fund Administration business by taking part in functional testing to ensure operational readiness for the fund accounting system upgrade. Work with our core business testing team to execute test cases and document results to meet our objective within timelines.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with business units to understand and document requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze fund administration processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Functional and regression testing to ensure system readiness and operational resilience.

What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:

  • Post-secondary education with an accounting/finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in fund administration, systems testing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role working on projects
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems and workflows
  • Good communication skills with proven organizational and time management skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in functional and/or regression testing
  • Up to date knowledge of the securities markets and Investment regulations

    Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

    Pay Range

    The expected pay range for this position is:

    $55,000.00 - $90,000.00
