Accountabilities:

    • Own and manage key national retail accounts, ensuring delivery of sales targets, distribution goals, pricing strategy, promotional execution, and overall account health across major retail partners.
    • Lead forecasting, demand planning, and trade spend management, including monthly planning cycles, sales pacing, and alignment with internal financial targets and P&L considerations.
    • Drive retail execution excellence by managing item setup, replenishment processes, Retail Link tools, and customer-specific systems to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
    • Analyze sales performance, category trends, and competitive dynamics using syndicated and retailer data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, analytics, supply chain, and finance to execute retail strategies and improve overall business performance.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), with at least 3+ years managing Walmart or other large national retail accounts.
      • Strong understanding of retail operations, trade management, forecasting, and sales planning within a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
      • Hands-on experience with retailer platforms and data tools such as Walmart Retail Link, SPINS, Nielsen, or Numerator.
      • Proven ability to build strong relationships with buyers and internal stakeholders while driving accountability and execution across multiple functions.
      • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
