Job Purpose
Drive sustainable growth in offline channels by building strong channel commercial strategy and cross-functional excellent execution. This role focuses on maximizing shopper conversion & category growth through strong retail collaboration, and flawless execution across channel.
Main Responsibility:
Channel Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies across offline channels
Translate category strategy and shopper insights into in-store execution plans
Identify growth opportunities (distribution gaps, secondary placements, seasonal activations)
Monitor competitor in-store activities and recommend actions to win at shelf
In-Store Activation & Execution
Lead end-to-end in-store activation programs (brand campaigns, channel programs)
Ensure excellence in Perfect Store / Perfect Execution standards
Coordinate with sales team and field force for flawless rollout
Field Force & Retail Execution Excellence
Work closely with field sales/merchandisers to drive execution compliance
Develop guidelines and toolkits for field teams
Monitor execution quality (visibility, availability, display compliance)
Visibility & In-Store Excellence
Develop and drive best-in-class visibility strategy across offline channels
Lead deployment of secondary placements
Design and execute impactful POSM materials to improve shopper engagement and conversion
Work closely with sales and field teams to ensure execution compliance in-store
Continuously optimize visibility investments to maximize ROI and conversion
Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Customer Collaboration
Support development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key retail customers
Translate JBP priorities into shopper marketing and in-store activation plans
Co-develop customer-specific activation programs (visibility, promotion, exclusive displays)
Lead execution of agreed JBP initiatives (campaigns, launches, visibility targets)
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales roles / Shopper marketing / trade marketing (FMCG preferred)
Strong exposure to: Modern Trade / General Trade
Familiar with retail / Consumer audit data (Nielsen/Kantar) is plus

Lead role in identifying and presenting new opportunities to Customer Development, Marketing and our customers
