In this role, you will help bridge the gap between industrial operations and modern digital technologies by designing and delivering advanced manufacturing and integration solutions.
You will work at the intersection of OT and IT systems, enabling seamless connectivity between shop-floor environments and enterprise platforms.

You will contribute directly to client success by supporting deployments, troubleshooting systems, and enabling data-driven operations.

Accountabilities:

    • Support the design, development, configuration, and deployment of digital manufacturing, MES, and industrial data integration solutions across multiple client environments.
    • Contribute to end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
    • Integrate OT systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, historians) with IT and enterprise platforms such as MES, ERP, cloud, and analytics tools.
    • Develop and maintain applications, dashboards, reports, APIs, and data workflows supporting manufacturing and operational use cases.
    • Troubleshoot system issues across industrial environments, including data flow, integration, and performance challenges.
    • Participate in client workshops and technical discovery sessions to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
    • Support development of best practices around data architecture, governance, and system interoperability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering design, client requirements, and deployment objectives.
    • Assist in user training, documentation, and ongoing system support after deployment.
    • Contribute to multi-site rollout initiatives and continuous improvement of digital transformation frameworks.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, MES, or digital manufacturing environments.
      • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, shop-floor processes, and industrial control systems.
      • Hands-on experience with Inductive Automation Ignition (SCADA, MES, MQTT, and industrial data architectures).
      • Experience integrating OT and IT systems including PLCs, SCADA, historians, MES, ERP, cloud, and analytics platforms.
      • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, or industrial data pipeline development.
      • Familiarity with MES concepts such as OEE, traceability, production tracking, quality management, and downtime analysis.
      • Ability to translate operational requirements into technical system configurations and workflows.
      • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience working in system integrators, engineering firms, or industrial technology environments is highly valued.
      • Exposure to cloud, AI, or advanced manufacturing initiatives is considered an asset.
      • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary project teams in dynamic environments.
