We are seeking a Supervisor, Lands & Right of Way (ROW) – Projects to join our U.S. Operations team in Texas. This position provides direction, supervision, and technical support for major project development and execution, requiring expertise in interpreting land title, rights acquisition, and interpretation of pipeline ROW easements, leases, contracts, and other real property documents.

What You Will Do:
Supervise day-to-day activities of lands and ROW personnel to ensure responsibilities are completed within budget and on schedule; prepare and oversee work plans, cost estimates, and schedules for land and ROW portions of assigned projects.
Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding ROW, permits, and land activities to ensure compliance.
Provide oversight and guidance on land acquisition, including condemnation, landowner compensation, and property damage claims.
Develop, implement, and oversee strategies to acquire land, compensate landowners, and obtain land related permits.
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or professional land certification.
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in the land and ROW industry within complex, multi-jurisdictional project environments.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in major project development and execution on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulated projects.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
3+ years previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Moderate (~25%) U.S. field travel required.
Stress levels can be above normal due to the confidential, highly visible, and fast-paced nature of the work.
