Job Overview

We are hiring a Machine Operator to support our production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding equipment used to manufacture plastic components. This includes ensuring machines run efficiently, parts meet quality standards, and production targets are achieved safely and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production runs
• Load raw materials and assist with machine setup and changeovers
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures (PPE compliance)
• Support continuous production flow and meet daily output goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (injection molding experience an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a team-oriented production environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]
• Availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends as required
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
