We are Axiamatic!About YouYou have 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation Engineering for SaaS products.You enjoy working directly with customers and helping them maximize the value of the platform.You have hands-on experience troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and web applications.You are comfortable using tools such as Postman, SQL, and browser developer tools for debugging.You can understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.You work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues and influence product improvements.You are comfortable supporting production issues and driving them to resolution.You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You enjoy learning, growing, and taking ownership.Experience with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI products is a strongadvantage.RequirementsEngineering graduate with 3–5 years of industry experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering.Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and web technologies.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Hands-on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications and customer-reported issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.Startup experience is a strong plus.A customer-first mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityExperience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar tools I'm interested
