The OpportunityAs a Managed Services Consulting Workday - Director, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for effective utilization of Workday applications, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts for Workday consulting services
- Overseeing multiple client projects to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored Workday software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications
- Cultivating executive-level client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the consulting team
- Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Developing innovative ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in the industry
- Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term project execution to achieve client goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience of Workday product experience
- At least one of the following: a Workday Pro certification
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Projects
- Utilizing strategic mindset and systemic thinking in complex environments
- Leading enterprise software implementation and integration projects
- Excelling in business process modeling and innovation

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
