The Project Manager – Deployment owns the end-to-end execution of large-scale, multi-site technology rollouts, including schedule, field execution, partner coordination, and financial performance. This role is accountable for delivering hundreds to thousands of site deployments on time, on budget, and at quality—while acting as the primary operator interfacing with enterprise clients and internal teams. As we continue to grow nationwide, our foundation remains the same: **Care, Collaboration, and Commitment** - doing right by our clients and teams, executing seamlessly together, and staying committed to outcomes that drive real business impact. **What you’ll get** - Real ownership and impact in a growing national organization - your work directly affects client outcomes and company performance. - A dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. - Direct access to leadership and fast decision-making in a lean, execution-focused team. - Opportunities for career growth and professional development. - A values-driven culture built on Care, Collaboration, and Commitment—with high standards and strong support. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Ownership** - Own full lifecycle delivery across assigned rollout programs. - Translate SOW into executable deployment plan (schedule, staffing, sequencing). - Operate the program as a P&L-minded leader, not a task manager. **Deployment Execution** - Drive national rollout scheduling across hundreds/thousands of locations. - Control install sequencing, technician capacity, and site readiness. - Ensure every job is ready, staffed, and executable before dispatch. **Customer Leadership** - Act as the primary day-to-day operator with enterprise stakeholders. - Lead customer standups, reporting, and issue resolution. - Build trust through clarity, control, and proactive communication. **Financial Ownership** - Own deployment economics: Labor utilization, Cost vs. estimate, and Margin protection. - Manage billing alignment with deployment progress. - Flag risks to margin early and drive corrective action. **Risk & Issue Management** - Identify risks early (site readiness, supply chain, labor constraints). - Own escalation paths internally and externally. - Drive resolution with urgency and accountability. **Data, Tools & Reporting** - Operate within z-link (our field service management system), Asana, PowerBi and other reporting systems as the system of record. - Maintain real-time visibility into the install pipeline, completion status, and resource allocation. - Deliver weekly executive-level reporting (clear, concise, actionable). **Continuous Improvement** - Identify bottlenecks in the deployment process. - Improve playbooks, documentation, and workflows. - Capture and apply lessons learned across rollout phases. **Success in this role looks like** - On-Time Deployment Rate: ≥ 95% of sites installed per committed schedule - Gross Margin Performance: Delivered at or above sold margin - Install Quality: < 3% rework / revisit rate - Customer Confidence: No escalations due to lack of communication or ownership - Forecast Accuracy: Weekly install forecast accuracy within ±5% **What We’re Looking for** **Experience & Capabilities** - 5+ years managing large-scale, multi-site deployments or field operations. - Proven experience running complex, cross-functional programs. - Experience owning timelines, budgets, and field execution simultaneously. - Strong understanding of technology deployments (hardware and software). - Experience working with enterprise customers and external partners. - High proficiency in project tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.). **Ways of Working** - Runs the program without needing daily direction. - Sees problems before they happen. - Protects margin while accelerating deployment. - Commands respect from field teams and enterprise clients. - Operates with urgency, ownership, and zero excuses. **Helpful, Not Required** - Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-location rollouts. - Exposure to AI-enabled systems, digital menu boards, or drive-thru technology. - PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent real-world execution experience.
