National Project Logistics Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven National Project Logistics Pricing Manager to lead pricing activities and bid management for complex project cargo solutions. This role will oversee the national pricing team, develop pricing strategies, manage RFIs/RFQs and tenders, and drive profitable growth across key industries including oil & gas, mining, power, renewables, industrial, and EPC projects. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial expertise, and project logistics knowledge to deliver competitive and innovative customer solutions.
How you create impact
- Lead and manage national Project Logistics pricing activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality and commercially competitive bids and quotations.
- Oversee complex RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and strategic customer opportunities, providing pricing guidance and commercial direction.
- Develop and implement pricing processes, tools, systems, KPIs, and best practices to improve team efficiency and operational performance.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, business unit leaders, subcontractors, and operations teams to develop customized logistics solutions.
- Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and long-term partnership development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the pricing team through coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build organizational capability.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive market position.

What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- 3+ years of experience within a Project Logistics environment.
- 2+ years of pricing, tender management, or commercial management experience.
- Previous team leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in pricing strategy, commercial management, multimodal transportation, project planning, and KPI development.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
