Job Summary

The GTM Operations Program Manager plays a critical role in delivering our next phase of growth as a part of the Palo Alto Networks’ Idira GTM organization. You will manage a portfolio of strategic projects to improve the efficiency of the GTM team, including orchestrating our GTM planning process and the evolution of our GTM Engagement Model and subsequent process and systems changes. This role reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, working closely with the Revenue Operations leaders, Sales, Customer Success,  IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

  • Project manage a portfolio of strategic GTM projects from the inception of the project to the successful rollout of the completed project including Annual Strategic Planning, GTM Engagement Model, and other key programs and projects that support the key Idira strategic initiatives

  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status of each portfolio project with insight into status, timeline, roadblocks, challenges, etc. 

  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and SMEs to establish clear and thorough business requirements.

  • Standardize and lead regular status updates to drive successful and ontime program completion, partnering with the working team to define timelines, identify blockers and dependencies as well as assist in resolving any delays

  • Liaison between Revenue Operations leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects, on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations. 

  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to design and support the roll out of change management requirements including communications, training and enablement

  • Solve complex operational challenges while striking a balance between desired business outcomes and technical feasibility.  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operational roles relating to Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Project Management roles. 

  • Broad functional understanding of Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or subscription technology company

  • Experience managing highly complex, cross-functional programs with executive-level visibility; previous experience managing GTM planning a plus

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • PMP certification and previous experience with project management technology like Monday.com or Asana is a plus. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization.

  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organization.

  • Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.

  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
