The NST Consumer Post Sale team is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Sales Coordinator. This team supports Ferguson Home showroom customers from the time of purchase through delivery, ensuring a seamless post sale experience. This role focuses on delivering proactive, world-class customer service while supporting order progression and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing in a fast‑paced, collaborative support environment. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression
  • Deliver world-class customer service through timely, professional communication with customers and internal partners via phone and email
  • Proactively communicate order status and provide updates to support a seamless customer experience
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining focus on the customer and appropriate urgency
  • Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of all orders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall service and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Results oriented with a strong customer service mindset
  • High attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
