At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
The Opportunity
This role is based in our RDT Diagnostics Commercial division within the Affiliate Productivity team, which focuses on delivering impactful digital products and optimizing international tech solutions. We operate in a highly collaborative ecosystem, ensuring our global commercial strategies seamlessly empower local affiliate needs and optimize commercial field force execution. The diverse scope of initiatives and deep connection with global business operations offer you a tremendous platform to expand your strategic delivery skillset. As an integrated part of the team, your main focus will include:
Define and Control Scope: Independently lead the scope definition, tracking, and risk mitigation for medium to large initiatives, ensuring complete alignment with commercial domain goals.
Solve Delivery Problems: Drive structured root cause analysis for complex delivery roadblocks, design comprehensive improvement plans, and pragmatically guide teams through ambiguity.
Manage Stakeholder Landscapes: Build trusted advisor relationships across diverse functional areas, proactively shaping stakeholder perspectives and successfully navigating conflicts to maintain alignment.
Maximize Business Impact: Translate commercial business needs into highly effective delivery strategies, driving continuous performance improvements across your assigned product lines.
Adapt Delivery Methodologies: Select and tailor execution frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models) to manage complex feature releases, service transitions, or software release increments.
Foster Team Spirit & Growth: Champion a culture of accountability and build community spirit by mentoring colleagues and tightly linking individual team development with high-level business objectives.
Who You Are :
We are looking for an analytical, relationship-driven delivery expert who can connect technical execution with commercial realities while thriving in complex stakeholder networks.
Experience: Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management archetype (such as Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives, service transitions, or product increments.
Technical Implementation: Strong background in translating complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans, combined with experience contributing to business planning and forecasting.
Methodology & Tooling: High proficiency in selecting, adapting, and applying advanced delivery methodologies and specialized tools to track cross-team dependencies.
Analytical Skills: Advanced capability to lead root cause analysis, design innovative validation models, and turn technical debts into comprehensive optimization opportunities.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation skills, paired with a coaching and mentoring mindset to build strong chapter team spirit.

Salary range 14,175 to 26,325 PLN gross monthly based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance. Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170’100.00 PLN - 315’900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
