Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Operations, and external vendors.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
1–4 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, automation, or mechanical design (internship and co-op experience considered).
Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment and production processes.
Experience analyzing engineering or manufacturing data using Excel, JMP, Minitab, Python, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues using a structured approach.
