It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionAs the focal point for shift activities, the operator ensures effective communication through timely responses, constructive feedback, and thorough handovers to the next or regular shift.Additionally, they are responsible for executing assigned tasks to maintain product quality and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injuries, and ill health. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Regular :· Loader· Loading disks into mandrel· Push the loaded rack to Plating line· Do correct binning into insight system· Fill up loading checklist and loader startup checklist· Maintain good housekeeping at work area · Lab· Do routine lab sampling and resample for any out of control parameter· Do Plating line pretreatment make up and strip line make up· Stagger Unloader during break time· Fill up lab routine checklist· Maintain good housekeeping inside work area · Process· Do process control and line monitoring such as temperature, pH, RPM and anodic· Doing process basic troubleshooting· Change Nickel tote, pump in PNS, do Nickel tank rinsing and recovery· Measure Nickel thickness and fill up Process checklist· Maintain good housekeeping at Plating BOL and Plating FOL · Unloader· Pull rack with disks from St.29 and push to unloader machine· Push wet carts from filling station to St.29· Unload disk from rack mandrel to annealing cassette· Fill up unloader machine startup checklist· Maintain good housekeeping at work area · Visual Inspection· Perform visual inspection as per procedure.· Trigger for containment and disposition as per required.· Trigger for troubleshooting and provide related info.· Perform correct binning transaction and able to hold containment lot as well.· Provide a proper pass down to incoming and outgoing shift. · Grouper· To perform the health check· To perform the startup checklist every shift· To do reject at source· To perform manufacturing system transaction correctly· To pull the lot from the stagging with lot traveler· To group the parts follow SOP· To highlight any issue or mix product triggering · Auto merger· Perform the startup checklist· To transfer the alternative part for production to consume· To ensure to transfer the part by product to avoid mix· To clear the bag and keep the area clean after complete transfer· To do real time binning and real time reject in systemQualificationsREQUIRED:Candidate minimum education SPM or any equivalent certificate or related experienceMinimum age 18 years oldPREFERRED:Willing to work on a 12 hour shiftSKILLSCapable to read basic English & Malay LanguageComply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, company policy and accepted safe work practices.Additional InformationWD is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on their race, color, ancestry, religion (including religious dress and grooming standards), sex...
