Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Content Publishing within the Marketing team at JLL, to lead a high-performing team supporting Asia-Pacific stakeholders, development partners, and governance teams.
This role requires a strong people manager with expertise in digital platforms, operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and team development.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge across content management platforms, collaboration tools, analytics concepts, and work-management systems, along with exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Team leadership & people management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency
Drive team engagement, performance management, coaching, and career development
Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling initiatives for continuous team growth
Manage team capacity planning, workload distribution, and resource utilization
Operations & delivery management
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to defined processes and governance standards
Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders across markets, development partners, and governance teams to ensure seamless execution
Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and process compliance
Stakeholder & communication management
Act as point of contact for business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Build strong working relationships across teams and partner organizations
Facilitate regular governance discussions, status updates, and operational reviews
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical & platform management
Support and guide teams working on digital content and collaboration platforms
Leverage analytics, SEO concepts, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational effectiveness
Monitor workflows and project progress using work-management tools
Required technical skills
Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SharePoint
Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions
Experience with work-management tools such as JIRA, Workfront, Asana, or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency in Office 365
Understanding of Brightcove platform
Required functional & leadership Skills
Strong understanding of day-to-day operations management
Experience in capacity planning and operational excellence initiatives
Proven people management and coaching experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and quality orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred experience
Experience managing distributed or regional teams
Exposure to digital content operations and governance processes
Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred
