Medical Lab Technician
Role responsibilities
The Medical Lab Technician performs waived and non-waived tests accurately and timely, assists with compliance to laboratory regulations, and ensures the validity of test results. They also participate in training laboratory personnel and contribute to departmental projects.
Requirements
Candidates must have an associate or bachelor's degree in laboratory science or equivalent training and experience. Certification in medical laboratory technology is preferred, along with competency in phlebotomy.
