About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
The Paid Media Specialist is tasked with managing all Search, Social and Native advertising campaigns to deliver on obligations to our clients. The successful candidate will have an operational mindset and work closely with internal stakeholders to traffic, distribute, and optimize campaigns across social platforms, SEM and Native advertising platforms, while optimizing buying tactics to maximize performance and maintain cost efficiencies.
Schedule Requirements: Hybrid 3x a week - (New York)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:
The Paid Media team is a lean, highly effective team that supports People Inc.’s digital ad sales business, leveraging a variety of advertising platforms to deliver +$100M annual revenue.
About The Position’s Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results
30% Day-to-day campaign trafficking and management of People Inc’s ad products that require non-O&O distribution
20% Analyze campaigns to ensure even pacing, full delivery, and optimal performance
15% Manage campaign volume & performance by channel while ensuring goals are on pace to meet client obligations
10% Find efficiencies in reports, products, and activation processes to improve turnaround times while mitigating errors
5% Respond to internal and client inquiries about product capabilities, specs, and limitations as well as campaign performance
5% Manage media budgets in order to maintain margin thresholds
5% Monitor accruals and communicating any revenue risk to appropriate teams
5% Work with advertising partners on product updates and implement updates to paid campaigns when appropriate
5% Assist on reporting, forecasting, and dashboard builds to improve visibility for senior leadership
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education: B.A. in marketing, business, communications or related fields preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-years experience with digital ad serving systems with a focus in paid media distribution.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
High attention to detail required.
Intermediate level of Excel required, including the ability to make and use pivot tables.
Basic proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications required.
Proven quantitative analytical abilities
Must enjoy & effectively build relationships with internal & external contacts.
Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
Positive attitude and ability to work under tight time restrictions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with multiple demands and shifting priorities

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
