As an Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to Rakuten Advertising’s affiliate clients. You will be responsible for providing operational and marketing support that directly influences client retention, program performance, and overall satisfaction. By leveraging internal resources and data-driven insights, you will ensure our clients receive best-in-class service to meet their strategic business objectives.  

 

Responsibilities:

Client Operations & Support 

  • Daily Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients via email, managing operational requests and inquiries to ensure we meet and exceed revenue targets. 

  • Relationship Management: Attend and facilitate scheduled client calls and check-ins, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up. 

  • Account Servicing: Support Account Managers in the day-to-day execution of affiliate tasks, utilizing internal tools and resources to drive results across your dedicated portfolio. 

 

Performance & Satisfaction 

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success. 

  • Proactive Contribution: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance account performance and provide value-add support to the wider Account Management team. 

 

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Korean as you will be working closely with stakeholders based in Korea.

  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
