The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This is not a junior campaign management role.
We're looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience who understands how to build, optimise and scale campaigns that generate commercial results. You'll be expected to think strategically, proactively identify opportunities, and confidently recommend improvements without requiring constant direction.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Own multiple client advertising accounts across Meta and Google.
- Plan, build and launch high-performing campaigns from scratch.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.
- Conduct audience research and targeting strategy.
- Develop testing frameworks for creatives, copy and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven improvements.
Strategy
- Recommend new growth opportunities for client accounts.
- Identify trends and proactively suggest campaign improvements.
- Develop media strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Advise on budget allocation across platforms.
- Support overall digital growth strategy.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce clear client performance reports.
- Analyse campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Monitor key KPIs including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CPL
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- CAC
- Present recommendations based on campaign performance.
Client Management
- Build trusted relationships with clients.
- Explain campaign performance in clear, commercial language.
- Participate in strategy meetings where required.
- Respond proactively to client questions and requests.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of changes across Meta and Google advertising platforms.
- Recommend new campaign types, automation opportunities and best practices.
- Keep up to date with AI tools and emerging advertising technologies.
Essential Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- 4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong reporting and presentation ability.
- Highly organised and self-managed.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
