Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Golang-based backend services powering commercial systems such as billing, contracts, and revenue operations.
- Lead technical design discussions, participate in architecture decisions, and contribute to high-quality code reviews.
- Deploy, monitor, and operate production services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to translate commercial requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Support the design and evolution of systems handling billing calculations, contract lifecycle management, and customer usage tracking.
- Contribute to service integrations with CRM, payment systems, accounting platforms, and internal tools.
- Participate in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of system reliability and observability.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote best practices in software engineering and Golang development.
- Strong professional experience in backend software development, with hands-on expertise in Golang.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and backend architecture principles.
- Experience working with production systems, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed, and collaborative environment.
