JLL is seeking a Work Execution Management (WEM) SME, Reliability and Asset Strategy to join our team!

This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets across multiple accounts. The purpose of this role is to oversee development and implementations of robust processes and programs in determining reliability of assets, components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL’s enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program and ensures the output meets outcomes-based performance measures.

Position Responsibility of ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Recognizes that assignments are broad in nature and require appreciable originality and ingenuity to complete them and considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions.

The WEM SME will be responsible for program implementation, value demonstration and continuous improvement projects leading our dedicated on-account Reliability Engineers.  This individual will provide thought leadership, align with clients on strategic asset management direction, value demonstrate our programmatic implementation focused on maximizing asset value, develop a strong use case library, and support new business pursuits.

  • Responsible for supporting R&AS operations activities throughout account/project life cycle.
  • Drives implementation and continuous improvement to ensure best in class deployment and on-account performance related to the delivery of our Reliability & Asset Strategy solutions.
  • Enforce WEM standards relative to Reliability and Asset Strategy objectives.
  • Anticipates and leads issue resolution.
  • Assists leadership team in the selection of action plans that best meets business objectives.
  • Support new business development.
  • Develops use cases and work with Knowledge Management to build a library.
  • Drives a culture of creative innovation.
  • Estimated 25% travel.

Must be able to provide subject matter expertise in the following areas:

WEM Data Governance

  • Manages data governance of engineering standards for Collibra.
  • Maintain the Corrigo baseline tables.
  • Provides JLL/T Corrigo Governance team of engineering baseline updates.
  • Review of Corrigo Governance Requests.
  • Administrate Reliability Centered Maintenance Databases.

Reliability Engineering Support and Reporting

  • Team member configuration of platform tools.
  • Corrigo training and support
  • Adhoc reporting
  • Dashboard validation


 

Workflow Management

  • Equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for continuous improvement and PM optimization.
  • Ensures that assets under care have undergone the necessary risk analysis using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
  • Facilitates account planning/scheduling support and reporting guidance.
  • Ensures that records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment, such as specification data, BOM, failure history, etc, are complete and accurate.

 

Maintenance Planning

  • Oversees development of processes to update asset records in the CMMS as required, including entering new equipment, inactivating retired equipment, and labeling equipment in the field with asset tags.
  • Oversight that all job plans written in the CMMS include the necessary detailed instructions with pictures, parts, labor, craft, vendors, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Oversees review work order feedback information to improve future planning efforts.

Experience:

  • Experience working with the Corrigo Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
  • BS Business Administration or Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred.
  • Experience in Facility Operations, work execution, Planning & Scheduling. 
  • Experience in delivering training, coaching and mentoring using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Business analysis and/or Asset Management and/or analyzing risk.
  • Practical experience developing and optimization of maintenance strategies and plans.
  • Experience implementing and/or working with Management Systems i.e. (ISO9001, ISO55001)
  • Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership.

  • Proven ability to read, comprehend and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials.
  • Ability to make informed recommendations in situations where data sets may be incomplete.

Certifications & Licenses: 

  • Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is preferred.

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
