Environmental Services Director
Role responsibilities
The Environmental Services Director is responsible for managing the facility’s housekeeping operations and staff to ensure a clean and orderly living environment for residents. This includes overseeing inspections, purchasing supplies, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Candidates should preferably have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of supervisory experience in environmental services, ideally in a skilled nursing facility. They must also possess strong skills in document interpretation, report writing, and knowledge of infection control techniques.
