Retail & Field Execution Excellence (25%)Ensure strong in-store execution aligned with brand strategy and priorities, and commercial objectivesMonitor and improve service standards, selling skills, and KPI deliveryConduct regular store visits and field coaching sessions to reinforce retail excellence, customer experience, and commercial execution standardsLead by example through hands-on coaching and partnership with ACEs, Retail Managers, and store teamsDrive excellence in merchandising, product assortment, visual presentation, and stock managementEnsure effective implementation of marketing programs, promotional activities, and product launches at store levelMaintain strong control of store operations, compliance, and retail disciplineShare best practices and successful execution strategies across stores, teams, and business units3. Team Leadership & Capability Building (20%)Lead, coach, and develop ACEs, Retail Managers, and field teams to achieve business objectivesBuild high-performing teams through structured coaching and development plans, and regular performance feedbackOversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development processesPartner with Education to ensure continuous enhancement of product knowledge, selling capability, and leadership skillsFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance4. Retailer & Stakeholder Management (15%)Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key external partnersNegotiate and manage promotional activities, retail space, visibility opportunities, and commercial investmentsCollaborate closely with Brand, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business prioritiesAlign cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial strategiesProvide market, retailer, and field insights to support business planning and decision-making5. Marketing & Brand Execution (5%)Ensure effective execution of product launches and marketing initiativesMonitor campaign performance and provide actionable feedback to Brand teamsMaintain strong brand representation and consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints6.
