We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Coverage to join our Global Payments & Trade Korea team. This role is located in Korea (Seoul).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing relationships with Korean Financial Institution clients across Global Clearing and Trade Finance products.
- Coordinate client onboarding, KYC reviews, periodic reviews, and remediation activities.
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline information within ECRM systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, account plans, and management reports.
- Monitor business volumes, revenue trends, profitability, and credit limit utilization
- Conduct client research, analyze business opportunities and assist in resolving client issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Support client meetings, service reviews, training sessions, and other client engagement activities, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up actions.
- Support client marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Client Service, Operations, Compliance, Credit and Risk teams to support business development, and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify client needs and support the delivery of Global Payment & Trade solutions to deepen client engagement and expand wallet share.
- May be responsible for managing a small portfolio of client relationships.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in Financial Institution coverage, transaction banking, client relationship management, or related financial services.
- Knowledge of correspondent banking, payments, cash management, and trade finance products.
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Korean and English to support the client segment.
