Accountabilities
- Own growth-focused product surfaces, including pricing experiences, upgrade journeys, paywalls, and checkout flows, from early concepts through launch and iteration.
- Translate business objectives such as revenue growth, customer expansion, and retention improvement into actionable design hypotheses and measurable product changes.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and experiments in partnership with engineering and data teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to rapidly ship experiments and scale successful solutions into core product experiences.
- Establish design direction for growth initiatives while maintaining consistency with broader product experiences and design systems.
- Mentor other designers, provide strategic guidance, and help elevate design quality across the organization.
- Create prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and user flows that balance usability, creativity, and business impact.
- Proven experience designing product experiences directly tied to revenue metrics, including improvements in conversion, ARR, retention, or expansion revenue.
- Strong understanding of growth design principles, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web-based products with exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver and iterate on impactful solutions.
- Comfortable running experiments, interpreting quantitative results, and using insights to guide future design decisions.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and explore unfamiliar areas of a product ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of creative tools and modern product design workflows.
- Experience using AI-powered development or prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Additional creative skills in areas such as video/audio editing, illustration, typography, or visual storytelling are highly valued.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale and influence strategic decisions.
- Competitive compensation package with an estimated salary range of $220,000–$290,000 USD depending on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.
