Management Positions)Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleResolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment to keep downtime to minimumDevelop competencies and skills for maintenance team to improve equipment performance and efficiencyEnsure all regulatory standards are followed along with health, safety and environmentalTo plan, coordinate and implement shift maintenance activities by working with different parties to support production need and to meet company KPIYou are required to work in 12hrs shift or swing shift or normal hour which ever best for supporting production need which determine by your supervisorEnsure the production equipment is in control and quality of product meets expectationImplement Preventive/Predictive maintenance programMonitor equipment performance key indicators and set goals and drive team to meet expectationProvide necessary production supportEstablish indirect spare inventory system for key equipmentSustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projectsEstablish team to work on continuous improvement projects align to organization objectiveImplement productivity improvement programsReduce cost through continuous cost reduction effortIdentify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programsMonitor spare cost and drive down liabilities of spare inventoriesResponsible to plan, coordinate and implement all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance and sustaining activitiesYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedBachelor/Master’s degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related EngineeringMinimum 5 years’ industrial experience in direct Wafer FAB equipment maintenanceExperience in semiconductor chemical etching & cleaning equipmentUnderstanding of semiconductor manufacturingBroad technical knowledge and strong leadership skill to lead an engineering team in equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification and maintenanceIndependent, resourceful and initiative#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
