Lead Revenue Management – Japan & South Korea
What You’ll Do
Pricing Strategy & Revenue Analysis
Develop and support pricing strategies for Japan and South Korea markets, ensuring local pricing actions are aligned with regional guidelines and business objectives. Analyze pricing, sales volume, product mix, customer margin and gross profit performance to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
Pricing Governance & Business Performance Tracking
Monitor pricing, revenue and gross profit performance against agreed targets. Identify deviations, explain key drivers, provide early warnings, and work with sales and business teams to take corrective actions at product, channel and market level.
Commercial Policy & Trade Spend Effectiveness
Work closely with sales teams to build pricing, volume and mix scenarios. Support promotional planning and evaluate trade spend effectiveness to ensure pricing actions contribute to revenue growth, margin improvement and balanced channel development.
Pricing Intelligence & Market Insights
Collect and analyze pricing insights from customers, sales teams and external market sources. Track competitor activities, customer behavior and pricing trends to identify pricing opportunities and support better commercial decisions.
Process, Tools & System Improvement
Support the development and optimization of pricing tools, reports and standardized processes. Lead the pricing system administration support to ensure timely and accurate pricing implementation.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other related fields.
Experience in pricing, revenue management, sales analysis, commercial finance, consulting or business analysis.
Experience in consumer products, B2B, retail, distribution, or multi-channel business environments is preferred.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
Good understanding of pricing concepts, such as pricing waterfall, rebates, discounts, customer margin, RRP and trade spend.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI, Tableau or other analytics tools would be a plus.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Fluent Japanese and business-level English are required.
