You will report directly to our Engineering Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua location on a On-site work schedule.

- Provide technical support to the manufacturing team
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing support or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Intermediate English skills.
