Sales Representative – Neurovascular (Sweden)

What you will do
- Execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across Sweden
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and drive growth
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders
- Deliver product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support during neurovascular procedures
- Educate and train clinical staff to ensure effective and safe product adoption
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, inventory alignment, and timely delivery
- Represent the organization at congresses, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence
What you will need
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, life sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or neurovascular sales
- Degree in radiography, biomedical sciences, or a related clinical discipline
Additional Information
- Field-based role with approximately 80-90% travel, primarily within Sweden
- Frequent travel is required, including occasional overnight stays and some weekend work depending on business needs and case support
