What you will do

  • Execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across Sweden
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders
  • Deliver product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support during neurovascular procedures
  • Educate and train clinical staff to ensure effective and safe product adoption
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, inventory alignment, and timely delivery
  • Represent the organization at congresses, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence

What you will need

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, life sciences, or a related field
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or neurovascular sales
  • Degree in radiography, biomedical sciences, or a related clinical discipline

Additional Information

  • Field-based role with approximately 80-90% travel, primarily within Sweden
  • Frequent travel is required, including occasional overnight stays and some weekend work depending on business needs and case support
