As a Handy Person, you’re not just performing daily guest room maintenance– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Perform room maintenance: Complete daily repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to ensure guest rooms and hallways are in proper working order
- Manage inventory: Maintain appropriate stock levels of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors
- Ensure safety compliance: Identify and report any health or safety issues found on guest floors
- Support special projects: Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed
