What You Can Expect

As a Marketing Manager across our Hip & DTS business you will support the Director in delivering the strategic, operational, and commercial objectives across the portfolio. This role ensures smooth execution strategic plan, operational excellence across clusters, and cohesive alignment between EMEA, Global Marketing, and Country Teams.

This position is critical in translating strategy into action, driving cross‑functional coordination, supporting new product introductions, and enabling regional market development.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Drive the marketing strategy for the Hip & DTS portfolio and extend responsibilities to overall Recon&DTS when needed in the country(ies) of responsibility
  • Support successful product & NPI launches and go-to-market execution
  • Translate market trends and customer insights into effective marketing initiatives
  • Identify growth and upselling opportunities that strengthen portfolio performance
  • Develop and implement promotional activities that enhance product positioning
  • Partner closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and hospital professionals
  • Independently manage complex marketing projects from concept through execution

Your Background

  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, medical technology, or a related field
  • Proven success in supporting or leading new product launches
  • Experience developing and implementing impactful marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of product strategy and market development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects effectively

Travel Expectations

Approximately 60% for customer engagements, congresses, market development, global alignment, and strategic reviews.
