The position
Our experience in establishing and administering real estate structures for joint ventures, funds and long-term asset holding is extensive. Our specialist abilities are particularly effective in administering complex structures owning high value assets. We manage structures holding assets across many property sectors, including office, retail, industrial, shopping centres, hotels, and leisure, residential, development and student accommodation.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team to manage your client’s portfolio, offering advice from our internal processes
- Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your manager or clients
- Become an expert in technical matters and share knowledge with your team
- Ensure client records are clearly updated with all correspondence
- Communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis
- Maintain client documents with integrity and confidentiality
- Provide support in the opening of bank accounts
- Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by a team member
- Provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks
- Take care of and establish good relationships with all suppliers, teammates and clients
- Drive personal development using all the resources available at CSC to achieve success
- Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced
- Produce and submit all statutory returns

- Studying towards professional qualification i.e. ICSA/ STEP
- Assist in the administration of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Work closely with the Real Estate team to understand client needs and provide exceptional administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactively take on additional administration tasks to support team members and meet client demands.
- Liaise with clients, external parties, and internal teams to gather and provide information as required.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for efficient administration.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Prior administration experience is essential, preferably in a legal or corporate services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all administrative work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Educational background in business administration, legal studies, or a related field is preferred.
