Accountabilities:
- Create detailed technical specifications and translate business requirements into effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code based on user stories and technical documentation.
- Develop and enhance applications using .NET technologies while following software development best practices.
- Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver technology solutions.
- Support application design decisions and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Perform Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues escalated by IT support teams.
- Assist with system integrations, middleware solutions, and application interoperability.
- Support production releases and validate successful deployment activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and coordinate issue resolution when required.
- Participate in code reviews, testing processes, source control management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced developers when needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and supporting software applications.
- Experience building and maintaining highly transactional, mission-critical applications in multi-user environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, code reviews, source control, and deployment processes.
- Experience with the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong .NET development skills and experience designing scalable software solutions.
- Experience with system integration and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
